About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Meridan House. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their aspirations
  • Provide guidance and support in domestic and financial management skills
  • Facilitate access to work, leisure, and educational opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others. An understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience is welcomed. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to participate in a weekly rota system and on-call duties.
