French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled French Customer Service Representative to join our team at Language Matters. As a Luxury Retail Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with product inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain our order database to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
- Provide support to clients registering online and assist with any issues regarding returns or orders.
- Deal with complaints in a timely manner and escalate any issues to relevant departments.
- Liaise with our logistics department to resolve any issues with late deliveries or faulty goods.
- Work closely with our fulfilment team to ensure seamless order processing.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Fluent French language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
