French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled French speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Language Matters. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling product enquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist French and English speaking clients with product enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Update and maintain the order database to ensure accurate and efficient customer service
- Provide support to clients registering online and having their orders processed through our website
- Assist clients with any issues regarding returns or orders via email and phone
- Deal with any complaints in a timely manner and escalate any issues to relevant departments
- Liaise with the logistics department regarding late deliveries or faulty goods
- Liaise with the fulfilment team when necessary
- Convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities and upsell products
- Handle accounting enquiries with the finance team
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills
- Fluency in French
- Proven experience in a professional environment in Customer Service or Administration
- Flexibility and team orientation essential
- Knowledge of ticketing systems desirable
- Ideally experience in a similar office-based job
