About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BES Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
