Mission

Êtes-vous un Responsable des Développements Commerciaux expérimenté et motivé, avec un historique avéré dans la vente de logiciels et prêt pour votre prochain défi ? Si tel est le cas, nous souhaitons que vous apportiez votre expertise, votre détermination et votre passion pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente en pleine croissance, travaillant pour l'un des plus grands développeurs de logiciels de santé en pharmacie au Royaume-Uni.

Le Poste :

Ce rôle sur le terrain couvre le Midlands et le Sud, où vous générerez de nouvelles affaires dans le secteur pharmaceutique grâce à des leads consolidés fournis par l'équipe SDR. Vous serez le responsable principal pour chaque client dans votre territoire, maximisant la valeur des produits et services de notre client.

Responsabilités principales :

Influencer, persuader et établir un consensus pour développer le profil de l'entreprise auprès des clients et des décideurs clés. Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des clients dans votre territoire en utilisant votre compréhension plus large du secteur pour soutenir les clients dans l'utilisation efficace des produits et services proposés. Développer et maintenir un pipeline de ventes solide pour garantir une croissance continue des revenus. Augmenter les revenus grâce à des activités de vente croisée et de montée en gamme. Développer la valeur à long terme de nos clients grâce à une adoption démontrable des produits, à la satisfaction des clients et à d'autres mesures utilisées par l'entreprise. Gestion des relations clients. Fournir des conseils d'expert et des solutions sur mesure pour répondre aux besoins des clients, garantissant des niveaux élevés de satisfaction client. Développement et Négociation de Propositions : Négocier les termes et conditions pour conclure des affaires et sécuriser des contrats à long terme. Enregistrer toutes les activités clients à l'aide des outils fournis par l'entreprise. Élaborer un plan hebdomadaire et mensuel pour l'engagement client. Faire des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les activités clients, les prévisions et les opportunités. Produire un rapport commercial mensuel dans le format requis par l'entreprise. Travailler pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus et d'activités fixés par l'entreprise.

Profil

Ce que nous recherchons :

Expérience significative en développement commercial avec un historique avéré dans la vente de logiciels. Ambition et motivation pour réussir. Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation. Capacité à interagir avec des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'entreprise. Capacité à assimiler et à retenir des connaissances sur les clients, leur entreprise et le marché dans lequel ils évoluent. Utilisateur compétent des technologies de l'information, adaptable à l'apprentissage de nouveaux outils et techniques selon les besoins de l'entreprise. Capacité à influencer par la persuasion et la négociation. Volonté de voyager dans votre territoire désigné et au-delà.

Ce poste est basé sur le terrain, un permis de conduire valide est donc essentiel.
