Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Royall Appointments. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of our business and leading our Client Experience team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Development: Collaborate with our Executive Team to drive the strategic development of our business, identifying new revenue opportunities and growth areas.
  2. Creative Leadership: Take the lead on accounts and projects, providing strategic guidance and advice to our teams and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Innovation: Develop innovative concepts and solutions for our clients, setting us apart from competitors and driving business growth.
  4. Revenue Growth: Work with our Business Development team to identify new revenue streams, services, and partnerships that align with our business strategy.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing Client Experience team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  6. Client Representation: Represent our Client Experience team within our client base and at industry events, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  7. Key Account Management: Develop and manage key client relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
  8. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  9. Line Management: Oversee the management of our Technical Director, Account Director, and Executive Producer, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  10. Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys, driving business growth and retention.
  11. Budget Management: Manage our annual pitch budget and ensure a return on investment, driving business growth and profitability.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the events industry, with experience in delivering live, virtual, and hybrid events globally.
