Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Varonis. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with strategic partners, including Microsoft, AWS, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key technology companies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement joint sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Varonis' products and solutions, as well as those of our strategic partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for Varonis to partner with emerging companies and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic partnerships, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and the role of strategic partnerships in driving business success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
