Position Overview

DSR Global is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Governance Manager within our Private Banking division. This position is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of governance frameworks and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance Framework Development: Establish and maintain robust governance structures.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Oversee compliance with CDD requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Audit Oversight: Manage audit processes and follow-up actions.
  • Annual Remediation: Lead annual reviews and remediation efforts.
  • Risk and Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure alignment with policies.

This role is essential for the Governance & Business Support Unit, which focuses on the consistent application of governance policies across the Private Banking and Wealth Management sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with compliance teams to ensure that all operations meet regulatory requirements while enhancing customer service and product offerings.

Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a strong background in Operations and Compliance.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as CISI or ACAMS is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of managing complex governance frameworks.
