We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance Manager to join our team at G2 Legal, a leading governance services provider. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the option to work from home part of the week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver governance services for a portfolio of listed plc clients.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, governance, and corporate transactions.
  • Oversee client onboarding, billing, and regulatory filings.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate governance and listed plc requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing junior staff and delivering high-quality service.
Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
