About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping our organization's approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive equality and diversity strategy that aligns with our organization's values and goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff on equality and diversity issues, including training and development programs.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure that equality and diversity are integrated into all aspects of our work.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote our organization's commitment to equality and diversity.
