About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our People Ops team, you will play a critical role in driving our Diversity, Inclusivity & Belonging agenda forward.

Your primary responsibility will be to advise leadership on D&I strategies and initiatives, while also supporting employee groups and implementing action plans to ensure an inclusive workplace that values diversity and fosters a culture of belonging.

You will work closely with our Head of People Ops to develop and deliver action plans that position our company as an industry leader in D&I. This will involve analyzing data to understand and track our performance, conducting diversity assessments of our organizational practices and processes, and coaching and upskilling managers and employees on the value of diversity and inclusion.

Additionally, you will support the development of tender-winning D&I responses, work closely with our social value team, and represent our company at external networking events to build relationships with external organizations and raise the profile of our D&I and Social Value initiatives.

About the Candidate
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing D&I initiatives with a strong knowledge of D&I principles, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and improvement.
  • Confidence to facilitate and present, and effectively network.
