Exciting Opportunity in Vendor Management

An exceptional opportunity has emerged within our Vendor Management division for the position of Vendor Operations Executive. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong operational background, complemented by outstanding administrative capabilities, effective communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This position will focus on managing invoicing and billing processes, playing a crucial role in preventing revenue loss. Work Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid work model following an initial training and onboarding phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate billing of services to customers, playing a vital role in preventing revenue loss.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices to confirm that Infinigate Cloud is billing partners accurately and receiving correct invoices from vendors.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor Management and Finance teams to identify and resolve any process or data discrepancies promptly.
  • Engage with external vendors and suppliers as necessary to address billing inquiries.

Essential Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on achieving both individual and organizational goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and discrepancy resolution.
  • Analytical mindset capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 28 days with service, plus bank holidays.
  • Birthday leave.
  • Life insurance coverage of 4 times the basic salary and group income protection from the start date.
  • 5% employer-matched pension contributions after 3 months of service.
