About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at L&S Waste Management. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, securing orders, and processing bookings over the telephone.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Convert calls into confirmed orders by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Upsell products and services to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Process orders and bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of the sales process and upselling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business.

What We Offer

  • A competitive starting salary of £27,000 pa, increasing to £28,113 pa after a successful 6-month probation period.
