Key Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this role is to strategically manage the business relationship and customer experience for prominent brand clients identified for significant contract growth, fostering a strategic partnership.

  • Establishing long-term relationships in a dynamic environment by creating collaborative opportunities that integrate Veolia with the client, driving mutual value and profitability over time.
  • Developing relationships with senior stakeholders within the designated strategic customer base to expand Veolia's service offerings and solutions, promoting integrated ecological transformation.
  • Overseeing the development and management of selected strategic accounts to stimulate organic growth of services provided.
  • This role involves significant fieldwork, nurturing relationships, securing projects, and promoting Veolia's services to existing clients.
  • Building and maintaining a robust new business pipeline to drive growth in key markets.
