Description• Processing and managing accurate and timely payroll transactions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and company payroll requirements
• Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department for payroll reconciliations
• Addressing payroll-related queries from staff in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting in the preparation of year-end reports and statements
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of payroll records
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as requiredProfile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
• A strong understanding and knowledge of payroll processes
• Proficiency in using payroll software
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security

An hourly salary of around £18.0 GBP, negotiable based on skills and experience
