Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Lead to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing monthly payrolls across the UK and international groups, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met within the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of monthly payrolls across UK and international groups
  • Prioritization of workload to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met within the group
  • Overseeing all deductions, including tax, NI, SSP, and year-end duties
  • Collaboration with internal departments, such as HR, to provide data and reports
  • Ensuring all HMRC submissions are met according to deadlines
  • Supervision of a team of Payroll Clerks to support and coach where needed within the start-to-end process
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior, end-to-end payroll role
  • Experience running international payrolls is desirable
  • Level 3 CIPP is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good Excel and systems skills
