About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join SC Johnson as an HR Adviser, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's HR strategy and policies. As a trusted advisor to the business, you will provide expert guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Responsibilities
  • HR Expertise: Provide expert guidance on SCJ's HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Employee Relations: Balance legal compliance, employee advocacy, and business partnership, providing trusted advice on employee relations matters.
  • Engagement Architect: Create an environment where employees thrive, designing and implementing inspired experiences and well-being initiatives.
  • Performance Culture: Implement global and regional initiatives to build a high-performance culture, supporting the performance management process.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless onboarding and day-to-day operations, leading the HR operations team to improve processes and maximize key moments.
  • Project Leadership: Take charge of key HR projects, including change management, diversity initiatives, and strategic support for the business.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and line managers to match the right talent with the right opportunities, fostering growth and success.
Requirements
  • HR Generalist experience in a large corporate environment, preferably in FMCG.
  • Recruitment management experience, including proficiency in managing recruitment processes and collaborating with line managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Education: Ideally studying or having studied CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
  • Legal knowledge: Sound understanding of UK employment law.
