What We're Looking For
  • HR Generalist Experience: Ideally in a large corporate environment, with a focus on FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). Experience of managing Grievances, Disciplinary, Absence, and performance Management.
  • Recruitment Management: Proficiency in managing recruitment processes, collaborating with line managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Education: Ideally studying or having studied CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
  • Legal Knowledge: Sound understanding of UK employment law.
