About the Role

As an HR Adviser at SC Johnson, you will play a key role in shaping the company's HR strategy and driving business results. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on HR policies and processes, as well as developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies and processes.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Work with the Performance Management team to develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Provide support to the Employee Relations team on employee relations matters.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
