About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join SC Johnson as an HR Adviser, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's HR strategy and policies. As an HR Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies and processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the HR operations team to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Lead HR projects, including change management and diversity initiatives.
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to build a robust talent pipeline.
Requirements
  • HR generalist experience in a large corporate environment, preferably in FMCG.
  • Recruitment management experience, including proficiency in managing recruitment processes.
  • Education in HR or a related field, ideally with a CIPD qualification.
  • Sound understanding of UK employment law.
