HR Business Partner Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension. This role would suit an HR professional with a broad range of HR skills and experience, including international exposure.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the HR Director across the full HR spectrum.
- Handle day-to-day employee relations cases efficiently.
- Support the onboarding process by creating and signing off on contract templates.
- Provide HR support covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
- Support on various HR-related projects, providing essential research to be presented to the board.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably with international exposure.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on HR-related projects as directed.
- Competitive salary with potential for increase based on performance.
- Contract - 12 months.
