About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- HR Expertise: Provide expert guidance on HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Employee Relations: Balance legal compliance, employee advocacy, and business partnership to provide trusted advice on employee relations.
- Engagement Architect: Create an environment where employees thrive by developing and implementing inspired experiences and well-being initiatives.
- Performance Culture: Implement global and regional initiatives to build a high-performance culture, supporting our entire team.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure our HR processes run smoothly, supporting our team and finding solutions to improve our processes.
- Project Leadership: Lead key HR projects, such as change management, diversity initiatives, and strategic support for the business.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team and line managers to match the right talent with the right opportunities, fostering growth and success.
Requirements
- HR Generalist Experience: Ideally in a large corporate environment, with a focus on FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Recruitment Management: Proficiency in managing recruitment processes and collaborating with line managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Education: Ideally studying or having studied CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
- Legal Knowledge: Sound understanding of UK employment law.
