About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Thistle Hotels. As a Security Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our property, team members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular floor walks to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Investigate and document incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including team members, guests, and external partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel safe and secure during their stay.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
