About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Hotel Nights Security Team as a Security Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff during their stay at Butlins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and surrounding areas to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider night-time Resort Safety team to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Carry out first aid assistance to team members and guests as required.
  • Adhere to Butlins' policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of working in a security or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
