Job Title: Director of Security

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Security to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, colleagues, and hotel premises.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management, with experience in leading teams and implementing security protocols. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing security policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for managing our security team, including training and development, and ensuring that all security procedures are followed. Additionally, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all security measures are in place to protect our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage the security team, including training and development
