To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a diligent and reliable Security Patrol Officer to oversee the security of our back-of-house area and ensure the safety of our restaurant's operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrol the back-of-house areas, including kitchens, storage rooms, and staff-only areas, to ensure security protocols are being followed.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises.
- Check employee bags at the end of each shift to prevent unauthorized removal of restaurant property.
- Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to the management immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of patrolling activities, bag checks, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Collaborate with restaurant management and staff to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any security or safety incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding security and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and guests, addressing any security-related inquiries or concerns professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- SIA Door Supervisor License
