**ASG Security** are looking to recruit a security professional with excellent customer services and conflict management skills. You will be working with another officer patrolling and reporting around the Vauxhall area.

As part of your role, you will work with the public, local businesses - particularly licensed venues in a diverse community. As a street patrol officer, you will maintain a high-level of security and safety within the local area. You will be required to assist local businesses with any incidents// suspicious behavior that occurs, working in partnership with the premise staff and / or their security staff.

**Pay Rate**:
£11.30 an hour PAYE

**Shift Pattern / Times**:
8-9hrs a day

**Friday & Saturday **are compulsory we will accommodate an additional day off during the week if you would only like to work a 5-day week.

Mon - 14:00 to 21:00

Tue - 12:00 to 20:00

Wed - 07:00 to 15:00

Thu - 09:00 to 17:00

Fri - 16:00 to 00:00

Sat - 21:00 to 06:00

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **1 years’ experience working within security.**
- A valid DS license
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Professional & Personable.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- 5-Year employment / education history.
- Must be able to work under pressure, be able to male decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.

**Preferred Requirements**:
**- Proven experience in patrols and conflict management.**
- Bi-Lingual
- Emergency First Aid
- Conflict management training.
- ACT training / certificate.
- Be able to use two-way radio

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Assist & Support the public and local businesses on behalf of the Local Authority with regards to safety and welfare.
- Use of bodycams to assist with gathering evidence.
- Gathering information & intelligence for direct and further action against offenders, share information & facilities cross-boarder liaison
- Detect, Disrupt & Deter offenders and other enforcement actions where required.
- Process persons for relevant offences and other enforcement actions.
- Ensure that all matters relating to the process of information are carried out in a prompt, efficient manner in line with service and legal requirements.
- Provide education & awareness-based patrols in the public domain, to manage ASB, prevent crime and other forms of nuisance in the local area.
- Task hot spot localities identified by the public and the police - actively prioritize low-level and quality of life issues.
- Work in partnership with Local Service providers: Police Intelligence Unit, Crime Reduction and Community Safety partnerships.
- Provide a reduction in the fear of crime and improve reassurance through committed public liaison.
- Ability to work within a team and work under pressure.
- Be trustworthy, compassionate, and motivated to support your team and help the public.
- Able to self-task and take responsibility for services delivery and development.
