Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Castledawson branch as a Customer Service Advisor - Trade Counter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to sales and profit targets, and providing a first-class experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-store and over the phone.
- Build relationships with customers, responding promptly and accurately to their queries and concerns.
- Ensure a high standard of 'good housekeeping' throughout the store.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to customers, contributing to sales and profit targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Proven experience in a face-to-face sales and customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in the use of IT and good computer literacy.
- Web sales, e-commerce, and social media experience.
- Ideal knowledge or experience of the construction/building materials industry.
