In the role of a Casual Self Checking Room Attendant, you will uphold exceptional brand standards and ensure pristine guest accommodations. You will take ownership of your responsibilities, ensuring that cleanliness is maintained to the highest level. Your role will involve verifying that your assigned rooms meet our rigorous standards and are prepared for our guests.

As part of our dedicated housekeeping team, your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the presentation of guest rooms through thorough cleaning tasks, including bedroom and bathroom sanitation, linen changes, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting. Engaging with guests to foster loyalty and create unforgettable experiences. Ensuring that our guests enjoy high levels of comfort and quality during their stay. Taking pride in the quality of your work.

As a Casual Self Checking Room Attendant, your keen attention to detail will be essential in delivering consistent standards. This role is crucial to the overall function of the hotel and the service we provide to our guests before, during, and after their stay. You will enjoy interacting with guests, offering assistance, and efficiently addressing inquiries while maintaining a positive demeanor.

On your first day, you will embark on a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to excel as a Self-Checking Room Attendant. We are looking for candidates who:
