We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to be part of our Front Office team on a permanent basis. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests and colleagues. As a Front Office Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Empowering team members to address guest concerns effectively and taking appropriate corrective actions.

·
Assigning rooms for incoming guests based on reservation requests and personal judgment.

·
Maximizing hotel revenue through effective upselling of room categories in line with targets.

·
Overseeing the performance of Front Office Clerks, ensuring punctuality and adherence to company standards.

·
Managing cash floats and reporting any discrepancies to the Front Office Manager.

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
