About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Room Service Server to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional room service experiences to our guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide accurate and friendly service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with our Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
