We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to become an integral part of our Front Office team on a permanent basis. Your role will be pivotal in delivering memorable experiences and exceptional service to our guests and colleagues alike. We value positive energy and aim to cultivate a fun and supportive environment, fostering a community that embraces diverse backgrounds and experiences.

As a Front Office Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Empowering yourself to resolve guest complaints effectively, taking necessary corrective actions, and documenting these interactions in the guest's history.

·
Making room assignments for incoming guests based on advance reservations and personal discretion.

·
Boosting hotel revenue through strategic upselling of room categories in line with established targets and availability.

·
Overseeing the performance of Front Office Clerks, ensuring they maintain high standards of service and punctuality while embodying company values.

·
Managing cash floats and reporting any discrepancies to the Front Office Manager or relevant leadership.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, on a shift basis.
