In the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor at Dalkia UK, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial dimensions of our projects, encompassing cost management, risk assessment, and financial reconciliations. Join our team in executing intricate MEP projects across diverse sectors, including research facilities, healthcare institutions, and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct the financial management of projects
  • Engage with stakeholders and project leaders
  • Guide and support junior Quantity Surveyors

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP contracting
  • A proven history of managing projects exceeding £10m
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Nav is advantageous
