Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Headturner Search. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic relationship building and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow the Division: Develop and execute plans to grow the account portfolio through regular contact and relationship building.
- Proactive Sales Enquiries: Generate and manage sales enquiries to drive business growth.
- Marketing Support: Provide regular marketing support to drive sales growth through email, social media, and promotions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process and provide forecasting information for analysis.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain excellent customer relations to drive business growth and expansion.
- CRM Management: Maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- KPIs and Reporting: Create, present, and deliver regular KPIs to Senior Managers.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to drive business growth and expansion.
- Driven to Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive business growth and expansion.
- Excellent MS Office Skills: Utilize MS Office skills to manage sales data and reports.
- Presentation Skills: Present to customers confidently to drive business growth and expansion.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business principles to drive business growth and expansion.
