Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UKG Pro WFM Solutions Architect to join our team at Adroit People Limited (UK). As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient workforce management solutions using UKG Pro WFM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement UKG Pro WFM solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong functional expertise in UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Accruals, Attestation, and Advance Scheduler.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and implement integration and data migration for HR and payroll processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on UKG Pro WFM best practices.

Requirements

  • Expertise in UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central suites v6.x, v7.x, v8.x, and proprietary tools like Dell Boomi, WIM, Configuration Manager, and Database Manager.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience in migration from WFC to UKG Pro WFM, with a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges involved.
  • Strong knowledge of Dell Boomi integration and its applications in workforce management.
