**About the Role:**
H2 Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large mid-market and enterprise-level clients across various sectors, including FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, and Corporate Commercial.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure clients meet or exceed their goals from their employee advocacy program.
- Work closely with the Director of Customer Success to develop operational processes within account management, including renewals, upselling campaigns, and account nurture.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a similar environment, preferably in MarTech or Social Media SaaS technology.
- Strong process-driven approach with a focus on relationship management.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of working with clients to ensure maximum usage and return from the offering due to employee engagement.
- Comfortable discussing growth opportunities with clients, including renewal uplifts and cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive basic salary of £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission plan with an OTE of circa £70,000 in the first year and £85,000 in the second year.
- Private health, private medical, and travel expenses covered.
