Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to enhance our team of dedicated sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust personal sales pipeline to meet the new business objectives outlined in the strategic plan.
- Evaluate the performance of newly acquired clients to ensure compliance with established trading profiles, implementing action plans as necessary.
- Facilitate the seamless transition of new accounts to the Customer Care Team or designated Account Manager within the initial eight weeks of engagement.
- Proactively seek out and capitalize on trading opportunities on a daily and weekly basis.
- Promote a collaborative approach with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet productivity benchmarks, including a minimum of 12 new client visits each week.
- Achieve all product-related targets as specified by the organization.
- Gather and submit all necessary documentation to establish credit facilities in accordance with ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong drive and determination to excel in a fast-paced environment.
