This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong sales acumen, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a leading creative agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients at global brands within the marketing sector. Conduct outbound cold calls and craft compelling email campaigns to introduce our agency's services and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. Understand their business needs and effectively communicate how OMM Agency can deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify qualified leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline. Conduct thorough research to understand market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
