About Keltbray Infrastructure Services

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is a leading provider of infrastructure services, specializing in rail and civil engineering projects. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage design teams to deliver high-quality designs for rail electrification projects.
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to design engineers and technicians.
  • Manage and maintain design documentation and records.
  • Develop and implement design procedures and processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate design risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in rail electrification design and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct design teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of rail electrification design and project management principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate design risks and issues.
