Position Overview:

Our Housing Services Contact Centre (HSC) is seeking to engage Housing Advisors to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess experience in property repairs and familiarity with the Northgate system. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to effectively managing resident expectations and delivering exceptional customer service via telephone interactions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing various service areas such as repairs, leasehold rents, estate facilities, and general customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to inquiries from residents through telephone, face-to-face interactions, email, and written correspondence, providing guidance and assistance in resolving issues at the initial point of contact.

2. Schedule appointments and coordinate transitions with specialized support teams.

3. Document actions and outcomes in the appropriate ICT system and maintain customer records.

4. Deliver customer service at all contact points and adapt to provide service during agreed operational hours.

5. Conduct outbound communications to assist vulnerable residents and gather feedback through satisfaction surveys.

6. Perform various customer service support tasks, including processing forms and managing documentation.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of housing policies and procedures.

- Proven experience in direct interactions with residents.

Additional Information:

This role offers hybrid working arrangements following the training period. Business hours are established to align with operational needs.
