Role: Residential Sales Consultant – Sales & Renewals

Core Responsibilities:

  • Address incoming sales and renewal inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and precise responses.
  • Oversee a portfolio of leads and prospects, maintaining timely follow-ups on outreach efforts.
  • Achieve established targets for outbound communications to enhance renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable products tailored to their needs.
  • Enhance sales methodologies through ongoing learning and collaborative discussions.
  • Meticulously document customer information during the sales process to uphold data integrity.
  • Participate in regular reporting, data analysis, and collaborative sales and marketing meetings.
  • Engage in additional sales-related initiatives to support organizational objectives and personal growth.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in inbound sales, customer retention, or renewals within a consumer-focused environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Adept at managing relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interactions.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications or broadband consumer sector is advantageous.
