We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Hinton Residential as a Commercial Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of our residential lettings and sales properties.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Qualifying applicants and booking viewings
  2. Liaising with landlords/vendors to ensure properties are presentable
  3. Managing viewing appointments
  4. Liaising with utility providers
  5. Resolving customer queries
  6. Issuing tenancy agreements and conducting inventory checks
  7. Providing administrative support to the team

Requirements:


  1. Previous experience in a property role is not essential
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
  4. Excellent organizational skills
  5. Ability to develop strong working relationships
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  7. High attention to detail

Job Details:


  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
  • Additional pay: Commission pay
