Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Development Sales Consultant to join our Prime & Central London Residential Development Sales & Consultancy team at JLL.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading real estate company, providing strategic and consultancy advice to clients in the Central London new build developments market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on sales strategies and market trends in Central London.
  • Manage new homes projects from launch to completion, driving sales and delivering results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and marketing materials.
  • Attend client meetings, sales events, and industry conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Work closely with the Head of Prime & Central London New Homes to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and market updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases to track sales performance and client interactions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in residential development sales and consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of the Central London new build developments market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
