Role Overview: As a Property Restructuring Surveyor / Senior Surveyor within the Property Restructuring Team, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including:
Valuation: Supporting the valuation of diverse property asset classes, such as industrial, office, retail, and residential properties for the insolvency sector across the country. Agency: Collaborating with the LSH Auction Team to facilitate the disposal of various property types nationwide. Property Management: Assisting in rent collection, daily management of both commercial and residential properties, and handling possession proceedings. Opportunity to pursue NARA qualifications to become a Law of Property Act Receiver. This Opportunity: Lambert Smith Hampton is seeking a Property Restructuring Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to support the London head of the Property Restructuring Team. As an award-winning market leader, we provide property valuation and asset disposal advice to restructuring and insolvency professionals, financial institutions, and private clients. We are in search of a confident individual to enhance and promote our offerings in the London and South East Region, specifically targeting the restructuring and insolvency sectors. This multifaceted role will involve property valuation and agency work within these sectors, in addition to managing LPA Receivership appointments on behalf of financial institutions. We seek an individual capable of contributing to the growth of the London and South East team through structured recruitment and by building upon the existing team. As a Property Restructuring Surveyor / Senior Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the head of the London team in developing new client relationships and workflows.
