We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor Property Consultant to join our team at EC Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Building Surveyor Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and information
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients
- Work closely with other teams, such as Agency, Valuation, and Property Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- MRICS chartered status
- Previous experience working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
