We are a leading independent construction and property consultancy based in London, seeking a highly experienced Senior Monitoring Surveyor to join our team. With a strong pipeline of work from prominent clients, including major banks and financial institutions, we require a skilled professional to service our growing demand.
**The Role**
We are looking for a seasoned Monitoring Surveyor with a strong background in fund monitoring, who is client-facing and has a degree in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying. The ideal candidate will have MRICS qualification and at least one year of experience in fund monitoring.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and report on construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on construction and property-related matters.
