We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Building Surveyor to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our diverse range of commercial, block management, and residential sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including defect diagnosis, remedial work, and contract administration.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our property management services.
- Qualifications: Building Survey degree (2:1 minimum) and relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience: 1 year's experience as a Building Surveyor in a commercial or residential property management setting.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
