Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor Property Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at EC Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and information
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients
  • Work closely with other teams, including Agency, Valuation, and Property Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • MRICS chartered status
  • Previous experience working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
