Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest and Florent Ltd. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing our high-end residential projects in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of quantity surveyors and ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, and other commercial documents
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in high-end residential projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
