Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at 3D Personnel. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Valuations, Variations, and sub-contractors measurement and payment
  • Completion of job costings on a monthly basis for presentation to Directors
  • Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  • Performing risk, value management, and cost control
  • Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks
  • Allocating work to subcontractors
  • Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the Commercial Director to ensure that all financial aspects of the project are accurately managed. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports to the Directors, as well as identifying and mitigating any commercial risks.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
